"Clean room, great breakfast , and comfortable bed."

"I felt extremely unsafe at this hotel. As a female solo traveler, there were several alarming things. The main issue I had is that to get to the rooms you had to use an exterior elevator located under a parking structure. There were constantly people hanging around by the elevator and I saw a homeless person going through the trash. Most concerning was I had a guest try to follow me to my room. If I hadn’t been so aware of my surroundings and caught onto what was happening, Im not sure what...

"Our hotel stay was truly an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived until checkout, everything was wonderful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The only downside was seeing some homeless encampments nearby, but honestly, it didn’t bother us or take away from our overall experience. We still had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back! ❤️"

"The bathroom was honestly pretty gross. I didn’t expect too much because I definitely chose a budget hotel, so because of that I still gave a few stars… But I am surprised the reviews were so good for this place still.. I for sure won’t be back. I don’t leave bad reviews often, but let’s just say if my kids had joined me on this trip I wouldn’t have let them go in the bathroom. Made me nervous about the rest of the room!"

"Great place for a good price. Helpful and pleasant staff."

"This was a perfect place to stay- the only thing I had to report was that the shower made a very loud nonstop musical sounding noise which could have been stressful for little kiddos or elderly humans- giving them headaches but the staff were very grateful I told them about that weird sound from the shower and I believe they have already fixed it!"

"Nice king bed"

"I love the single room suites with the hot tub in the suite, really helps my back after traveling."

"I stayed at Days Inn Black Bear on 10.26.26. Check in was easy and quick. I'm an older woman that decided to go to TJ Max just after dark. I got lost. I called the front desk at the hotel. The same young woman that had checked me in answer. She gave me great directions on how to get back to the hotel. She was so helpful. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. I AM VERY APPRECIATIVE!"

"Room is spatial and clean. Bed is not bad but we felt not enough blankets for the chilly nights of the fall. The staff was helpful and promptly brought two extra blankets. The breakfast was pitiful. That would be my biggest disappointment. Toast boiled eggs and instant oatmeal. Premade breakfast sandwiches that you can microwave to heat up. Edible for me but not really for my daughter."

"Everything about this Best Western was wonderful and beyond the normal for the price point and way nicer than hotels that charges 25% more. The only drawback for us was that we were on the Highway Interstate 5 side so if I would go back I would request a room furthest from the traffic noise."

"The room it was clean and the location is very good"
