"Everything was good, but I was not thrilled with the bedding. They didn't have actual blankets. They got quite cold even without the AC going and was not a comfortable night. They need better blankets."
"The room was a little dated with some trim around the floors in the bathroom showing a lot of aging and the refrigerator making very loud noise when it turned on.
The front desk clerk was amazingly helpful and even called the room about 30 minutes after I checked in to ask if the room was OK and if I needed anything extra. Breakfast was good and the new coffee setup where the machine grinds the beans for each cup is much better than the old coffee makers in the rooms."
"Room was clean, staff was great. Why the review though? I have a Hilton Honors CC that they honor at Hilton locations, even if I book on Expedia. The only perk is that I get a couple free water bottles. This location wanted $10 for two water bottles? Huh?"
"There were two staff members that were very helpful.
The mattress was lumpy and made us roll into the middle. The pillows were small and hard. The toilet tank ran until I fixed it. There was a roach in my suitcase."
"This motel has clean and comfortable rooms with a nice, friendly and professional staff. There is a self service breakfast bar near the check-in area. There is also a Denny's restaurant next to this motel for easy dinning. There is easy access to the 99E freeway that goes through Chico which provides quick and easy access to two mall areas, as well as a Walmart store 3-4 miles to the south."
"Transients break into the rooms all the time because the room i got someone took a shower left the rag used. Coffee pot was used. And the bed the sheets were dirty. The bathroom is how they would get in. I hope they upgrade"
