"There was no AC in rooms however the ceiling fans provided cool air flow and the weather was windy so breeze flowed well through open windows- staff were friendly and the condo had every supplies that was needed- great place for vacation!"

"The furniture smelled like mold and lots of bugs/ insects inside the room"

"Property location and amenities were great. Condo itself was nice enough until we discovered all the issues. Issue one, the door code did not work on arrival which was very frustrating as it was very late at night. Once I called Vacasa they sorted out the code and got us in. There are no sharp knives in the kitchen (all mismatched, bent, and dull as rocks), the pans for cooking were very old, scratched, pealing Teflon that everything stuck to and had to be scrubbed by hand. "While being evacuated from my home in Kula, Hotel rented my family a room in this hotel that was also being of Maui forcible evacuated by the police due to a natural disaster then informed me there are no refunds! It’s unclear if this hotel burned to the ground. Being forced to pay for a room in a disaster area that cannot be used or accessed feels like a corrupt business practice, or sort of like stealing. "

"The cutest hotel in the perfect location on Maui! Close to lots of local cafes and restaurants, and the beach was maybe a 10 minute drive away. The room itself was super cute and tasteful, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We’ll be staying here again the next time we’re in Maui!"
