"Très bon rapport qualité prix. Chambre et salle de bain petites mais fonctionnelles. Le personnel de l’accueil et du self sont à l'écoute très sympa. Juste les barmans devraient être un peu plus souriant :) . Le petit déjeuner est copieux. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter."
"This property was in a great location to walk along the river to the station and to old town. We enjoyed our walks every time. We spent most of our time in old town or taking day trips from the station, so the location was perfect. The price was right for what the hotel provided."
"This was a lovely little hotel. The room was clean and comfortable and we had a lovely view from the balcony of our room. Breakfast was good. The hotel doesn't do evening meals but it was only a short walk into Ascain where there were plenty of bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay, would recommend and would return again when in the area"
"Estaba todo muy limpio y cuidado, pero es cierto que las habitaciones son bastante justas de tamaño. El baño sin ser grande, me parece suficiente, excepto la ducha, Que es tan pequeña, que cuesta hasta enjabonarse. No tiene aire acondicionado , pero sí calefacción. Aparcamiento gratuito sin problema, y aunque está un poco alejado, un taxi al centro, son 14€."
"Great location and amenities the only negative comment would be that there is no assistance after 9:30pm. Our AC wasn’t working that night ( arrival night ) and we had to wait for assistance until the morning. The staff when present are very helpful"
"Muy bien ubicada, a poca distancia de la estación de autobús y muy cerca del río. Area comun muy buena. Buena recepción con café o té gratuito. Ascensor para bajar equipaje a zona de guarda. Cocina adecuada. Camas bien equipadas, buen colchón, tienen netbook, bien aisladas. En mi caso el cargador usb junto a la cama no funcionaba, recomiendo chequearlo.
La escala para subir a las camas superiores no es muy práctica hace falta habilidad. Hay elementos de aseo y secadores de pelo"
"Séjour de 2 nuits à Bidart dans cet hotel au moment de l'éclipse. Le personnel était très accueillant et professionnel. La chambre était certes petite (nous le savions) mais avant tout très confortable, avec une super literie, ainsi qu'une climatisation et une insonorisation efficaces (pas de bruit alors que l'hotel était complet). Petit-déjeuner buffet de qualité, réapprovisionné régulièrement, avec en bonus des crêpes servies a table avec le sourire."

Réception à distance avec une opératrice, assez simple en fonctionnement.
Cafétéria sur place ouverte le matin à 7h00 avec viennoiseries, sandwiches, jus orange pressé.
