"We had a text a couple of days before and were able to ask a couple of questions. We were welcomed by Vernon on arrival and shown around the hotel. "Lovely room at the top of the property, no noise heard when we were there. Great facilities though the kettle sends to leak a bit and we had difficulty working the gousto machine (probably us rather than it. ) comfy bed and great shower in bathroom. Up lots of stairs but only had to do them once a day as we left and came in! "
