"My children wanted to use the pool and were met with clumps of hair everywhere you looked, with the illusion that the pool are had not been cleaned in an unknown amount of time. The bathroom was littered with trash, and the floor was disgusting within the pool area. My room lights never worked except one in the corner. My safety lock was snapped off as if someone broke in. My door never properly latched and I had to push items against the door to keep it locked. My shower water never turned on,...
