Smaller than what we normally stay at but definitely big enough for our family of 4. It was clean (with the exception of a spoon in the sink drain) and the kitchen was decently stocked. "Overall the property is as it appears in the pictures, however the walk to the beach is NOT 4 minutes. The walk to SEE the beach and the ocean is about 4 minutes, but the access point to get to the beach (without walking through peoples properties) is about 14 minutes. There is no street parking for you to drive and the house did not have a golf cart at this time (rentals are ridiculous $$).
