"Nice setting and very clean. Unfortunately, the property wasn't equipped for the hot weather. Luckily, we brought our own fan, as the place became very warm. For the price we paid, I would have expected at least a couple of fans to be provided. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but this is something that could definitely be improved."
"Room was clean with bath towels, hand wash, shampoo provided. Small shower cubicle. Plentiful storage in room. Hand towel and more clothes hangers would be useful. Housekeeping only available by request from nearby Indian restaurant. Guests have access to dining room with fridge and also outside terrace. Central position in Betws y coed. Would stay there again without hesitation."
"No check in information received, when I contacted the host was told ‘it’s not hard it’s left unlocked’ during our stay the host walked past us several times to feed the llamas head down, didn’t even say hello, text to ask how to use the gas fire during our stay and no response, was made to feel very unwelcome. Shame as the shepherds hurt is nice"
"Worst place I ever stayed, it was a empty unsafe shell.
No bedding pillow TV network nothing to entertain, couldn't even sleep. Even club house was like a dead shell. I wouldn't even go back if they offer me money. I checked out next day. It was completely unsafe. Nail was sticking out next to the bed. No response from anyone they are are useless. Asked for refund but no response. First time leaving the bad comment don't bother "
"Great in terms of numbers of rooms and arrangement of beds, great sized kitchen and lounge for a big group, nice outdoor space.
Pet friendly and back garden could be secured which was perfect for our dog. Really enjoyed family card games at the giant kitchen table.
Perfect location for lots of snowden paths, copper mines, nice little village for amazing ice cream and a decent pizza nearby.
Parking on the drive a little steep so anticipate a scrape to front bumpers reversing in. Parking in...
