"I get this hotel for my family members that come down and love it. I stay there with them. The pool is so heated, and I love that. Always so clean..the staff treats me so kind. The rooms always smell so clean. I love this place =) I highly recommend!!"

"Hotel is run down and room smelled like mildew. Front desk lady was nice. Beds were comfy. We just needed a place to sleep for the night on a roadtrip and for that it was fine."

"Room was not clean. The sheets and blankets had stains in multiple places on them. The floor was definitely not clean, and dirt on the walls. Shower was not the cleanest along with the floor in there. Room also smelt super musty. The only reason it wasn’t fully a zero was because the person working the front desk was super nice and changed us to a non smoking room. And the breakfast was good!"

"While the room was clean and sufficient, and was updated in some ways, the property of hotel did not leave a good impression. The hotel looked very old and outdated. The elevator was super slow and filthy. The walkway was narrow and the balconies were almost impossible to sit on. If you had any leg length at all you would not have been able to sit in the chairs. Our view was of a dirty river behind the property. We appreciate the staffs attention when checking in and out. The hospitality area...

"If you like clean floors, clean light switches, clean rooms and a nice smell, then this is not the place for you. Hallways and rooms do not match pictures. Walked in and walked out amd stayed next door. Terribly disappointed."

"Good place to stay if you have your pet with you. Nice view from the balcony. Close to all the entertainment in Pigeon Forge, but not in all the craziness. Would stay there again."
