"This was a pretty cool 4 day stay.
They have an inside pool and jacuzzi, plenty of parking, but when it gets late parking is slim. The room was kinda small but still ok & lots of TV channels."
"This is my second time staying at this location. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly. This location has 2 pools. 1 inside and 1 out and both were clean and well maintained. I did not get a chance to east breakfast but my husband says he enjoyed it! Great location and if you're planning to go to Dolly Parton Stampede (which I highly recommend) it's right across the street."
"Really nice and clean hotel especially for the price. The Innside restaurant was absolutely amazing proper Mom and Pop shop that has been in Chattanooga for over 30 years. Now the cons- the receptionist had a passive aggressive attitude, and at night many people were outside our door making lot's of noise and finally our room also was tricky to get in as the card sometimes straight up refused to work. "We were promptly greeted and given the room we asked for. The room was freshly painted and clean. We really appreciated the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion- smelled so good. The steamer came in handy! The gym was well equipped and the breakfast has something for everyone. We enjoyed our stay."
"The room was infested with 12+ stink bugs. Management did not do anything about it and when we called Expedia to get a refund they barged in our room at 1:45AM and argued with us and kicked us out despite not having received a refund yet"
"My wife and I stayed for two nights and it was great. It's right in the middle of the two more popular parts in Gatlinburg. The beds were clean and it smelled nice in the room, plus the breakfast was delicious. Thanks again and would definitely recommend, 10/10!"
