"Friendly staff"

"Beautiful property on the beach with lush gardens, lovely pool and accommodation dotted around the gardens. Staff were very friendly and helpful. You can swim and snorkel straight from the beach at high tide and there is an activities base in the hotel for kayaking, snorkelling, surfing and fishing trips. Good food, fresh and reasonable priced. Breakfast is very simple but does the job. I would have liked more fruit and salad options at mealtimes but apart from that it was great. Highly...

"It's a place run by locals, which is definitely a very good thing to support in particular in this busy area of Nadi. The swimming pool is very small, but nicely arranged for having dinner next to it. Overall a simple, reasonably priced accommodation."

"When did the clock stop? Clearly in its day a great resort, then something happend. It's stuck in time, elements are current, elements need renovation. We stayed 2 nights, the restaurant/bar lacked the attention expected today - menu choice/availability. In our view the venue needs investment, (not just financial) it needs driving towards the expectations of the 21st century."

"this is a warning. every amenity that this property lists that it has, does not exist. they used to have them available and then they cut ties with their sister hostel (the hostel that actually had the amenities like the pool, spa, arcade, etc.). there is only one shower per floor, which, considering the amount of people on the floor is way less than every other hostel I’ve ever been to. myself and the people I was traveling with decided to leave after the first day and it was the best decision...

"This hotel is brand new and great has a nice pool has a washing machine and dryer in each room. I made a mistake and booked on October 12th the 13th because I arrived at 4:50 a.m. as opposed to booking October 11th October 12th on a non-refundable hotel room when I realized what I did I called them and they let me stay in the room from 6:00 in the morning to 12:00 in the afternoon to catch my cruise. They were extremely healpul arranged a taxi for me to get to the cruise port and we're great...

"This is a scam! Do not book! Despite having booking confirmation from Expedia, there was no accommodation available and I had to resort to finding emergency accommodation at 6pm during a very busy time for Nadi where safe accommodation was extremely hard to find and ended up being ridiculously expensive. Expedia apparently need approval/confirmation from the apartment manager to issue a refund and to no surprise, they are not answering nor calling back. These apartments should be...

"This hotel is a good buget hotel that is well priced and clean. It has a small number of meals and drinks available at its small attached restaurant if needed and the staff were able to organise a taxi to the airport for us. It has a pool as well although we only stayed one night so didn’t use it."

"We did not stay at Fun World Plaza Hotel and chose to book alternative accommodation after seeing the condition of the property. The staff were unhelpful, and communication before and during our arrival was poor. The room we were shown was dirty, and the bedding appeared to be in poor condition. The pool looked more like a dam than a well-maintained swimming pool, with very little privacy around the area. We were also told that Wi-Fi was not available in the rooms. Reception was often...

"Clean rooms and regular upkeep. Every time we left, we would come back to fresh sheets and towels. Staff were the best! So accommodating, welcoming and overall very friendly."

"How you react when you checked in and ask for internet password and staff tell you there is no internet in the hotel and the only way to InTouch with your loved one is wait for next morning or go back to the airport to get package airport 25 k cost you 35 $. next surprise when you inter the room cracked floor no water 12-inch tv with frosty picture and bathroom full of cockroaches' lizard's fly's mosquito. Whole night people in next room walk around in their room making noise fell like someone...

"The property was convenient and in a location which we were happy with. Easy to get taxis and a great shop/petrol station about a 15 min walk. "

"We loved our stay at Kaila Na Ua resort. Our hosts Warren and Roz were more than helpful and a wealth of knowledge on the area. It might not be as flash as the resort up the road but the views, peace and quiet and the constant rolling waves on the reef made it so much better. Recommended 👍"

"The apartment was good for our needs. But my friend felt unsafe as the bathroom window safety screan was partially damaged the fly sceen was off. Mould in the showers. Lots of mould, not just a little. There was Mould on the ceiling about a foot round with a 5cm hole. And cement in the window frame which made it hard to open/close the window. Dirty doors. No toilet roll holder. Shower hose was spraying everywhere except on my body. We decided to stay because, better the devil you know than the...

"The place where it was located was very convenient"

"Clean, decent property."
