"Don’t go to this hotel; find somewhere else to stay, please. You have to pay for parking while staying there, and when I arrived, the room didn’t have a remote control for the TV. The staff had to come back to my room several times for about 30 minutes to change the channel on the TV. Then, on the remote, it said Netflix, but you can’t watch it because they were in the process of switching it over. I won’t be going back there; I woke up this morning to find charges on my account. My only issues were that the bathtub was very slippery and my young daughter slipped and fell getting into the shower and injured herself.
