"The property and bedroom were clean, and housekeeping was acceptable. However, my rating reflects two significant issues. Despite advance email exchanges requesting my flight details, my precise arrival estimate of 6:15 p.m., and my emphasis that I had dinner reservation that evening, the front desk was unattended when I arrived at 6:10 p.m. I waited 45 minutes for the ONLY employee to return from her break. When I asked why they had emailed to confirm my arrival time if the desk was going to...

"My room was really good and the property itself was great overall. However, there was no breakfast or quick option to grab a bite on the go. Also, having people hanging around right outside the front door felt a bit unsafe. I highly recommend booking a room with a private bathroom. I accidentally booked a room with a shared bathroom, but the staff was very helpful and upgraded me to a room with a private bathroom for an extra fee."

"I love this stay so much! I stayed from 10-29 - 11/2 and me and my bf loved it, very quiet and private. The staff were amazing the location was close to everything. Natalia at the front desk was an absolute doll and super helpful. We will be returning!!!"

"Writing Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! We loved the convenient location, very close to the airport, beach and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. The entire staff was attentive, welcoming, and always willing to help with all our needs. A special thank you to Isael who went above and beyond to make our stay even more enjoyable. He was incredibly helpful and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of by assisting us in Spanish. We truly had a fantastic experience...

"Very clean and secure. Great value. The bed was super comfly. My only suggestion would be to add a curtain for the door in unit 6. I did not feel comfortable with the entrance door being partially see thru. I used the nearby window curtain to cover part of the door. It should have its own curtain for privacy. The complementary drinks were nice. A small ice tray and a couple cups would of been a nice addition. Overall a good value stay. Location was nice too. Nearby restaurants and bars."
