"Tried adding persons name to twin room booking wanted to add 97 euro on to a 67 euro booking"

"For a budget stay it was good value. The location is excellent for the town, and the staff member helped where she could. I’d stay there again"

"Given keycard to an occupied room, rooms have no manual security locks once inside so anyone with a programmed card can come in any time day or night."

"The hotels proximity to the centre is brilliant it’s literally 3 minutes walk away. The hotel offers clean functional rooms with a/c and some with balconies. There’s also a central courtyard and underground parking at an extra cost. There’s a lift to each floor and the hotel itself is very clean. The staff could not do enough for us and made us feel welcome straight away. I will definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Very good"

"Impeccably clean rooms and common areas. Vitaly at the front desk was welcoming and knowledgeable. Major kudos to housekeeping, the do an outstanding job :)"

"It is a modest and budget friendly accommodation. Located just 10 mins from the bus terminal at the city centre. Shops and restaurants are all close by. I have found a modest abode for my subsequent trips to Faro Portugal 🇵🇹. It is highly recommended for budget travellers and families. It has a kitchen with microwave and fridge and a canteen. Toilets and bathrooms are clean and well maintenance."

"Rude staff and filthy"

"The location was great! You can walk from the train station and we were right across from the Opera house. The restaurants nearby are very nice and convenient. The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. It was easy to check in and check out! Would love to come back!"

"Great location, clean, easy walkable to beach, use of pool etc. Very confusing when booking in Expedia is that the place wants a €200 deposit. Not mentioned when you book but mentioned in the multiple confusing emails after you have booked. Hey ho. Nice place thou to stay."

"This is my second visit to The Navigator- Ocean Heights and the location is fabulous! Reception desk staff are very friendly, in fact all staff are and very polite. Been in an ocean view room twice, recently in a room that had a large balcony looking straight at the ocean which was truly amazing! Walking up to amazing views was special. Great pool area too. If I am going back to Albufeira for a third time I will definitely only stay at this hotel. Definitely recommend to everyone!"

"Clean central location for old town and beach. Staff excellent and really helpful. Breakfast more than adequate…"

"Had a great time at Frentomar with a nice room and fantastic seaview with a large balcony. All the staff were lovely and sorted us a later check out on our last day as well as a transfer to the airport. All in all, a great stay in Albufeira and would definitely come back to Frentomar again."

"The room was clean, but there was an unpleasant smell, and towels were only changed once every four days. The service was absolutely the worst we experienced during our month-long trip through Europe. The front desk receptionist was rude, disrespectful, and made us feel unwelcome from the moment we arrived. Our reservation was originally for three nights, but our flight to Albufeira was delayed, so we arrived the following morning. Despite having paid for the entire stay, the receptionist told...
