"We booked two rooms. One room had comfortable beds while the other room had atrocious beds. While it is a non-smoking facility, everything smelled of smoke. The staff was very nice and helpful."

Maintenance came and did nothing.We were unable to shut the bathroom door and no light over the shower. It was an accessible room which caused a major slipping issue. We stayed 5 nights with no fresh towels or trash emptied. ."

"Hot water was my biggest issue. Shower started off warm. A couple minutes in it went cold. Called front desk. Said manager would be in in 10 minutes and would address issue. But in the meantime let hot water run. Spouses shower was also cold. I skipped shaving because of water temp. On our way past front desk we were told manager doesn’t work weekends but she’d leave a note with our info for manager to call Monday. During breakfast I asked 2 other families if they had hot water. "Unfortunately, I booked this hotel last minute to attend World Cup event , it’s the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever seen, stains in the bathroom , hard to lock bathroom door , strong smell of smoke, and dirty floor . I really regret spending my money on this place ."

"Front desk was amazingly unresponsive to our requests - they did not follow through until we bothered them enough. Issues were: 1) 3 PM check in came and went while we were waiting in the lobby starting at 2:30 PM. We needed to ask again whether the room was ready when it was 3 PM. The answer was "I do not know; housekeeping didn't get back to me". Another man at the front desk did follow through and we got into our room at 3 PM. 2) Bed creaked every time we moved.
