"Terrible experience I paid for a room but because I’m 20 years old she wouldn’t give me the room I paid for but was tryna give me a random room what I didn’t pay for to make amends and she wouldn’t give me a refund $223 went down the drain for nothing the staff wasn’t helpful at all 1/10 experience never paying for a motel ever again in my entire life also it wasn’t very easy for her to pull up where it said 21 years and older as a new user to the app it wasn’t very obvious that was a policy"

The room that I thought I booked was big and had a bath, and however, it was up of flights upstairs, and we just were too tired and could not carry our baggage of the stairs therefore we ask for a ground for a room. "Overall, it was about what I expected for the lower-end price. Property is definitely older, but the room was reasonably clean and spacious. Do not expect amenities for tech/devices - just a few plug-ins in awkward spots. Staff were good. Complimentary breakfast options are very limited - toast, pastries, fruit, yogurt - no eggs, proteins, etc. Hotel is next to the freeway, so expect traffic noise. "
