"I had a really lovely stay at the Blue Mountain Inn! The experience was relaxing, comfortable, and even better than I expected. A special thank you to Lynette at the front desk, who was so welcoming, warm, friendly, and helpful. She made a wonderful first impression and really added to the experience.
I also loved the amenities, especially the indoor pool, hot tubs, and sauna. One thing I really appreciated was that they weren’t overly crowded, so I could genuinely relax and enjoy them without...
"Property is easy to find, accessible, and clean. It is quite dated however, and the staff were not prepared at check in time to handle the volume of guests. They were helpful when our key didn’t work when trying to enter our suite though. Not sure I’d recommend staying here if you have other options during high season."
"The 2 queen beds suite was recently renovated and very clean with updated appliances and fixtures. The beds are firm although my preference for head pillows will be softer. Overall
the breakfast was excellent and this is a hot breakfast with sausage eggs sweet beans and potatoes. Overall the hotel is very welcoming and we will return again next time."
"Their breakfast is good and the rooms are really good for it’s price. Would definitely come back. It’s near costco, walmart and darkhorse coffee near everything actually."
"Great free breakfast. Rooms are clean but in need of updating. Wallpaper was peeling and shower was very old. Room was quiet and beds were comfortable. Helpful staff. Child enjoyed the pool. Would stay again!"
"This old hotel is still a comfortable place to stay. We enjoyed the basement room, nice and quiet. The hotel location is the best for shopping and dining.
Breakfast included is basic but filing.
My only complaint is the shower, you need to step right inside to turn on, then you are in cold water till it heats up."
"It is probably a 3 star rating. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was ok, and the seating area for breakfast was dated. The corridors where there was ceramic tiles needed a good cleaning."
"My parents stayed here two nights. They were very happy with the suite with a kitchen, super convenient. Was very quiet and they enjoyed the continental breakfasts. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. Will recommend this hotel and I plan to book a stay here in the near future."
"Booked this hotel exclusively to use the hot tub. It was closed by order of Health Canada or something.
And breakfast closed down early even though the sign on the wall and on all our paperwork stated a later time. People kept coming down wondering where the breakfast was. Total waste."
