"The room was exactly what we hoped for. Clean with lots of space for our family of 4. Beds were comfortable and the kitchenette was a nice amenity since we were able to get a few groceries from the nearby convenience stores. The property is well maintained and the 3 pools were nice. Only downside is that the pool bar/restaurant is not open so the only place to eat on the property is Pure Ocean which is on the beach. The food there is good, but pricey, and service was rather slow. The sea was too rough for swimming while we were there. I would recommend checking out other beaches further up the west coast for calm, clear water. Overall we enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay again."

"The room was just perfect. Better than the picture. Staff was very friendly however very slow and sometimes they didn’t kept their promise, so needed to call several times. The beach was full of sea grass so no swimming on the beach. Food was ok, except Zen which was perfect. Would I stay there again absolutely."

"The hotel is well-maintained but terribly boring. At 10 p.m., everything shuts down and everyone goes to bed. The beach is also very small and there's algae on the beach. It certainly depends on the season you visit, but May was bad. The food is okay, but the service is a bit lazy. I definitely won't be back."

"I had a mixed experience during my stay. On the positive side, the location was excellent, the rooftop bar was great, and the staff were friendly. However, I was disappointed by the overall operational processes, which felt far inferior to other properties in the Indigo brand. The check-in experience was particularly laborious; after a long day of travel, arriving at 11:00 PM to be told I had to download a registration form via email or WhatsApp was frustrating. While the room itself was nice, the water temperature was only lukewarm. The checkout process was also cumbersome—despite having my card details on file, I was required to physically present the card for payment, followed by two subsequent transactions to resolve the authorization hold. Additionally, I was informed that I could not earn loyalty points because I booked through Expedia, which has never been an issue for me at other locations. I expected a much more seamless experience at this caliber of hotel."
