"The hotel was perfect for our needs, super close to the tube and easy to get to from Heathrow and to Paddington on the same line (Elizabeth). Going into London central was not a priority. Hotel food was good, wonderful breakfast options and outdoor area. Shower clean and good water pressure. Room was on the small size but ok for one night. I’d definitely stay there again! "

"Young staff, of which I spoke to 5, were all brilliant, friendly,efficient and good fun. Most impressive. Slight issue in that if you had a noisyroom neighbour then the thin walls could be a problem as you could hear people snoring!. Food wholesome and faierly priced, beer good too so overall I have to give it 5stars and will recommend to friends and family."

"As an American, being able to stay in a building constructed in 1598 was a treat! The building has been maintained and updated but retains the spirit of the original era. My room was right above the pub so it was loud for a bit but the pub closes at 11 and it got quiet at that point. My balcony also looked out over the Themes and I saw rowers shooting along it all morning. The restaurant also offers yummy vegan options. I will definitely be back. "
