"First thing to mention is that this hotel is very close to central London, and charges less than almost every hotel in the area. At this price I did not expect to be staying at a luxury hotel! I was met on arrival by a very friendly and helpful lady that asked me for my preference in rooms. I elected for 'a quiet one' and was allocated a room on the top floor at the back. One warning - there is no lift and the top floor is 5, so would not be good with reduced mobility. The room and the hotel are basic, but clean and the beds were comfortable. WCs and bathrooms are shared but there are plenty of them. It would have been nice to have a kettle and tea/coffee in the room but that wasn't a stopper for me. Breakfast was freshly cooked bacon and eggs and toast with cereals available. This was included in the price. So, in summary, cannot be beaten for the price paid in this area of London."
