"Room was clean. It is an older hotel and you can definitely see that. Ice machines were not working at all. I heard a lady talking to some other guests saying that the elevator was not working. It has 7 floors so that was not good! There were ants on my balcony and out by the pool as well. I do not believe I will stay there again. The staff was very nice especially Carol. Answered any questions I had. I was only there for 3 days so it was ok for that amount of time. I will not stay there again though. They really need to do some remodeling to bring it up to speed!"

"Loved the unit. It's a studio so no oven or washer/dryer so plan effectively. We brought enough clothes to last the week, and we ate out quite a bit. When we did eat in, it was simple stuff like sandwiches. But the unit does have a stovetop and a microwave for cooking.The views were great especially for watching the sunsets. The unit was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Lots of space in the closet for hanging clothes and lots of drawers for other clothes. There is also an ironing board and iron available.Beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler, and umbrella are available in the unit for the beach. There was even a beach wagon underneath the bed for carrying stuff down.Communication with the owner was great. They even offered to swap out bathroom towels if we needed more which was greatly appreciated.Highly recommend this unit."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place. The family had a great time. Note the area is built up more than what is shown in the pictures. Never did get the ceiling fan fixed and the grills need to be cleaned. The kettle grill is unusable.Suggestion: Guests should not have to go out a buy toilet paper, dishwashing soap and trash bags. Those items should be provided. It would also be nice if you provided simple things like salt & pepper; and coffee."
