"Beautiful beach and ocean view nice clean beach. Elevator was usually pretty busy and dated. Needs a second one. Hotel staff is really nice and helpful. Always had clean towels and floors swept up (the sand gets bad in your room). For the price you just can't beat it! I'd definitely recommend Seahaven beach resort! Parking is insane, but it is everywhere in PCB. Best tip is move closer to your room in the mornings whenever people check out. A lot of things to do. Paragliding, boat raft rides, jetski rentals. Overall a great place. Very friendly people!"

"The property was not as described. Room was very small. Parking was across the street. Very busy intersection. Parking was extra money- $20 per day. The beachfront is extremely crowded. Beachfront is consumed by the Chair and Umbrella service at $50 per day. So, if you have your own beach chairs and umbrella it is very difficult to find a place close to the ocean to set up. I was very disappointed with the overall experience and do not plan to return to this hotel."

"The beach view was excellent! That was the best thing about the property. The hotel needs a lot of renovations. We were told that housekeeping would service our room after 2 days, but they did not. I had to go down to the front desk to request service and even then, when housekeeping came to our room, they were only going to give us clean towels. I had to ASK them to service our room. Again, the view was excellent, but this hotel definitely needs some interior painting, new interior doors, and other renovations."
