"When I checked in and asked what direction to go to my room 310, thinking it would be 3rd floor of the hotel. She said that my room was across the the street from the main hotel building that it was their "city view room". This was a 2 story run down hotel building. I would not have felt safe using the stove at all. It was dirty, the burners were all jacked up. The floors were dirty. They didn't clean under either of the beds, there was trash from whoever had the room before us and who knows maybe before them. I did ask if there were any other rooms available and she said they were booked due to Jazz Festival. I would not recommend staying in the "City View Rooms"."

"Everything was great. Staff were very nice and helpful. Great patio and the hottub was great. I definitely would stay again. Next time I will avoid bike weekend. The bikers were fine other than the jerks leaving the bar across the street at 2am deciding to wake everybody up. Not the hotel's issue. "

"The parking across the property is very convenient; however, it would be helpful to include a note in the reservation indicating that it costs $20. The same applies to the beach tent service. The third-party provider delivered excellent, five-star service, but I believe it would be good practice to include the cost of this service in the reservation details. That way, guests can be fully prepared in advance."
