"The room was COVERED in palmetto bugs, the mattress was stained in some brown liquid, there was disgusting brown marks all over the floor and black mold in the bathroom above the sink and below the sink. Bugs in the cabinets where the pots and pans were as well as in the shower. Upon check in our TV was broken and it took us going to the office five separate times to get a new one brought to our room. We stayed for 5 days and house keeping did not come one time to get trash or dirty towels. We requested new towels at least three times and did not receive any but the two that were in the room when we arrived. Property states that it is no smoking at all and multiple people were smoking ALL over the property (which is fine as long as you don’t explicitly state your property as no smoking) Upon check in I received an email saying the pool times of open and close, in the email it stated 11 pm, and we were told to get out of the pool at 10 pm after the pool had been closed ALL day. When the men came to bring the replacement television they were speaking very poorly of all of us in Spanish like we could not understand. Saying we were greedy for needing a TV on vacation and we were “typical white people”our room was supposed to have an “ocean view” not a beach view and we were placed directly behind the sand dune which was trashy and could not see the water AT ALL. (Which once again would be fine if it would have said “beach view”not ocean view”)Price did not match what was provided"

"First off there literally was still sand on the floor, the shower was nasty, the water handle and spout moved quite a bit as you adjusted the water (very bad previous repair) and there was literally a hole in the bottom of the tub. The balcony door would not stay shut unless locked from the inside. Also the language difference of the cleaning staff is a problem, I specifically told a male cleaner that we did not need anything and my wife was sleeping as I left. He still proceeded to walk straight in the room to clean. I'm not saying he was being malicious in any was I'm just saying he must have not understood me even though he did shake his head and said OK. They seriously lack an adequate amount of luggage dolls, I literally only found 1 that was barely holding together. "

"The Hot Tub was dirty the room was dirty no iron in my room. Parking was horrible. I would not stay here again. The pictures on the internet do not look like that in person. Only good thing about this hotel is its right on the beach. Also, we were out of water to take a shower are use the bathroom. There was a water are pipe burst."

"My fiancée and I stayed at the Osprey and had the best time we have had on vacation in a long time. Starting from the staff greeting us on arrival to all the helpful suggestions that were all winners including the best fresh caught fish chowder served for guests that I could have ate all day. Didnt have a bad meal or cocktail thanks Lisa and Nathan best tiki bar bartenders out there. The beach was clean and nice, Roger was super helpful with getting setup with beach chairs and conversations. The pool is awesome overlooking the ocean, easy to hangout in all day and a hot tub to get in at night. Room was cleaned everyday with care thank you Bradly. The front desk attendants were friendly and informative. We will be back!! Thank you again everyone!!"
