"We stayed in Willow, the staff were so lovely and attentive! They work so hard to make everything nice for you . The balcony was lovely this morning. We did the walk around the nature reserve and boat trip was great! Pete the captain was so nice and very knowledgable. We had the best time and Will definitely come back soon . "I would like to ask for a full refund really but I know I won't get one.
We were left in property on our own and told to lock up when we come and go.
The sheets on the beds were dirty.
Bathroom dirty.
Tea and coffee in the room but no milk.
We left at half 4 in the morning with little or no sleep at all.
