"The room was clean, well-appointed and comfortable. The staff was helpful, though one young man doesn't seem to know the neighborhood. He may be new, the issue will likely resolve itself."

"The door was locked when we arrived, but a phone call was all it took and someone came right away. Check in was quick. We loved our room, it was very spacious. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the hot tub had nice, powerful jets. There were plenty of towels. We didn't notice until our 2nd night that there was a nice complimentary wrapped cheese/cracker/strawberry plate in the fridge along with a small bottle of Asti and 2 glasses chilling. My husband and I were both satisfied with our made-to-order breaksfasts and our server was friendly and attentive. We were told 6am for breakfast, but that was not a big deal. Trip would've been perfect had it not been 20⁰ outside with a stiff wind. We plan on returning when it's warm and everything's open. My husband and I are huge Office fans, so staying here, regardless of the weather, was a must. We are planning a return for our 28th wedding anniversary. One of the best places we've ever stayed. The proximity to the falls is amazing. You can see and hear it."

"Had to request for crib multiple times and finally received a broken one, with no bedsheets etc. Ultimately my son had to sleep with us on our bed. Not very happy based on the price we paid. "

"We spent two days without heating and air. They kept telling us they had no rooms to change us to, and that the 4th and 5th floor were all under the same conditions. Our room phone did not work so we had to call the front desk via cell and went down multiple times to see when they would have an estimate. We also reported the large stain in the room that was wet when we checked in, and that we did not have the robes. We reported that one because we were not going to pay for property damage, and secondly there is a charge of $75 per robe if taken. There were also dead bugs in the windows that had fallen from the curtains. The manager never followed up with us. This was a weekend trip to celebrate our 25th Anniversary, would I recommend this establishment not in its current condition. The pros to this location is that it’s a short distance from the Falls, and the 19th floor Skylounge. We met some lovely ladies from England and they best described this hotel as tired. That is a great statement for the hotel. They need to update their HVAC systems and over all have better follow through. I did enjoy the artwork, decor, and location, but would love to see them improve the customer experience and the HVAC systems."
