"Resturant food wasn’t great we ordered steak came not to our liking. Also our room didn’t have heat , but the staff was able to upgrade us to a 1br sweet. Overall the staff was great and helpful. I felt a manager should have followed up with me but they didn’t. Also to note there is a $15 a day charge for parking they don’t tell you about until after checkout "

"I got what i paid($78)!!!! I have a terrible experienced!!!! it says sound proofed but i heard every single foot steps and voice from the other rooms!!! The room was very dirty, sink was not draining properly which we informed the front desk but they didnt do anything!! Washrooms was very dirty the shower has even molds in it! im not happy with my stay! my kids didnt even sleep properly due to loud noises!! overall bad experienced! "

"Such a beautiful historic building. The staff is really nice and the room was top notch. We even got complimentary wine and cheese upon arrival . Also Jetted tubs are always a plus for me !! Great location too with the falls being literally across the street. Really enjoyed my stay here !!"
