"We were pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, and the bathroom stood out as particularly modern and stylish. The mattress was firm and pillows were of high quality, allowing for a restful night’s sleep. Breakfast was adequate, offering a good enough selection to start the day. The neighborhood, set on a hill, has a charming suburban feel, making it perfect for a peaceful walk in the morning or evening. Overall, we had a very positive experience and would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again."

"I paid $580 CAD for two rooms, and based on the experience, I do not feel it was worth the price. The stay did not match the amenities or service level I expected. During my stay, there were several disappointing issues. At breakfast, the milk provided from the fridge was expired, which was very concerning. The breakfast area also had guests with three dogs, which made the space uncomfortable while eating. The amenities listed were not accurate. There was no EV charging available, and there was no swimming pool, even though the TV in the room mentioned it as an amenity. Room service was also not available during my stay. The reception told me service is only provided every three days, but I stayed for two nights, so the room was never serviced. Towels were not replaced either, and I had to go downstairs myself to ask for fresh towels. Based on the experience, I do not feel it was worth the price. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations, especially because of the expired milk, lack of listed amenities, and poor room service. "

"Hotel was very rundown inside and out the 1st room we stayed in didn't have a working thermostat. The staff was very nice overall and tried to help by moving us to another room but then the door didn't lock so we had to put a table and chair against the door to keep it locked. The hotel itself needs to paint and fix cracks inside and outside of the property. The only other good thing besides the staff was the mattresses were comfortable but unfortunately that's it."
