"While this property has renovated the room I was in, it is lacking in comfort. The A/C lets the room get warm then cools it down to too cold. The shower looks very nice, but the fact that one door is bolted in place makes it where you have to step into the shower to turn on the water (which immediately starts flowing from the shower head) then for 20 seconds the water is cold. Once the hot water is flowing the temp is OK, but it takes standing in cold water for a while. If the one shower door was not bolted in place then I could reach inside the shower, turn on the water and let it warm up before stepping into it. The bed was just not comfortable; it was OK but I never got a good night's rest. And, finally the "free breakfast" is minimal during the week. On Saturday and Sunday they served scrambled eggs, but not during the week. On the positive side my room key worked all the time, parking was good, and the location convenient to the conference I attended."

"Do not be fooled by the "elegant" photos on Expedia. This property is a massive bait-and-switch. The marketing materials are a complete lie; the reality is a dilapidated, poorly maintained, and unsanitary environment. Specific issues in my unit included: Structural Neglect: There was a large, jagged hole in the drywall where someone had cut into the wall and simply left it open. Unsanitary Conditions: There were squished bugs on the walls from previous guests that had never been cleaned off. The housekeeping standards are nonexistent. Broken Furniture: Cabinet doors had fallen off the wall units and were left leaning against the wall rather than being repaired or reattached. If the photos had accurately reflected the holes in the walls and the lack of basic cleanliness, I never would have booked this property. It is clear that management has zero pride in this business and is content to take guests' money under false pretenses. Expedia needs to delist this property immediately. It is a scam. SAVE YOUR VACATION: DO NOT STAY HERE, LOOK AND BOOK LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE."

"Staff was helpful with checking in, clean rooms, breakfast was a nice assortment for different people."

"When checking in, we were given our keys and that was it. No information from staff on where room was, what floor we would be on, what entrances were available, no direction. No information given on anything really. Room layout was awkward, with bed and TV cabinet. "

"Front desk female employee who worked Saturday morning was terrible and rude for me to almost think she was racist. Asked her for towels at 2:45 pm and she said uhhhh yeah I will send them and never received them. However, Nina and the male employee who worked Sunday were excellent!!!! Property is not the same from previous stays years ago."

"Large ants, sharp metal sticking up in the pull out, carpet coming up, tvs didn’t work, no place to hang your towels in the bathroom, vent cover coming off, rude children running up and down the hallways, shower not clean, blood (?) stained curtains, heavy drug activity both seen in the parking lot, and smelled in the hallways.
