"Hotel has a beautiful carved maple lobby, beautiful view of the illinois river & friendlt and accomodating staff. Rooms are nice. Some of the hallways etc could use some updating. Nice and quiet with excellent complimentary coffee in the mornings. Irish pub within walking distance as well as excellent pizza at Hoops Pizza and beer. Also located next to I 74 with wasy access"

"The staff there were so kind. They were patient for us having a late check out without feeling like we were being hounded. The bed was comfortable and TV was big. Clean room also. "

"We enjoyed our stay, house was clean, beds were comfy, plenty to watch on tv, and we appreciate them being pet friendly. While house is on a quiet dead end, it does backup to busy War Memorial Drive. Fortunately we heard zero traffic sounds from inside the house. Thanks for a lovely visit!"
