Staff was helpful and friendly. Pool was jerky and warm, you can tell they spray for bugs but they fail to clean up the dead ones. Breakfast was waffles. But I did see a roach so we went to McDonald’s instead. No signs of bed bugs but could definitely work on the cleaning side of rooms. Washed everything we took when we got home to be safe .

The place smells and the place was horrible there were hole holes in the wall and AC was filthy. I came for 4 days from Miami. Because of the condition I left the next day. Slept in my car. That night. Omg never again

Aside from the fact that the bathrooms were poorly constructed, there was an intense smell of tobacco and marijuana in both rooms I used. Additionally, I found a cockroach crawling across the floor when I woke up to use the bathroom.

This hotel is horrible.. the room they gave me had a musty smell, the bed pillow had blood on them, refrigerator, microwave didn’t work. The faucet and shower runs only cold water. Cockroaches were in the bathroom. The internet didn’t work.

This hotel was a disappointment. Property needs work and upgrades. Room was not clean. Killed a roach on the wall. Toilet was not bolted down. Toilet paper holder broken so the paper just fell on the floor. Gross

The first night that we were there, the loud party across the hall kept us awake until 3 AM. The staff knew about the noise and did nothing. The following morning we were woke at 7 AM by a huge dog barking nonstop. Again the staff did nothing. The bed sheets were washed but still stained. We come to Peoria multiple times a year. We won't ever be coming back to this place.

When you walk in the building they advertise "breathe in" and "100% smoke free", the third floor smelt entirely of cigarette smoke and the room was not much better. We stayed 2 nights for a wedding we had nearby and each morning woke up feeling unwell, stuffy and unable to breathe properly. Upon checking out we noticed the ceiling had mold on it and the air conditioner was filled with mold. I alerted the front desk upon check out and was not offered any type of refund. If it's in one room on the 3rd floor I'm sure it's everywhere. If you have allergies or asthma I would not recommend this hotel at all.

The staff was rude . They didnt't want to help with any promblems with booking the wrong room . Then when we get a room aircondisting unit was broken and making load noise . They charged me $ 174.00 for dirty sheets . Never going back .
