"After checking in we went to our room and found out that the room was occupied. Went back to front desk and she said that no one was supposed to be there. I’m just glad that the other person was understanding and did not cause any problems "

"The first night we stayed on the 4th floor, the hallway smelled like vomit and death. It was horrrible! The room was clean but we had to hold our breath from the elevator to the room! The air conditioner was chirping and squeaking all night long. The second night I stayed in a different room on the second floor, no bad smell, but the light from the parking lot was so bright that the curtains could block it out, it was like daylight in there! Also, we could hear the live music playing all down the street even with the windows closed, lots of distorted drumming and banging. The breakfast was delicious, staff did well, but it definitely needs work!!!"

"The overall stay was nice, staff was great. My only complaint is the shower is very loud. And can hear the neighboring rooms when they shower also. We were close to the street and the it was not sound proof as stated. "
