"The room was very clean and well maintained. Staff were very nice to us and let us hold our luggage until our room was ready (we arrived well before check in time), breakfast was very nice, the cinnamon rolls were really good. Definitely will come again next time im in Florence!"

"Room was beautiful and spacious. Came with gorgeous tub, robe and slippers that made it extra comfortable after a long day of sightseeing. The pool is gorgeous as well as the grounds (garden and walking area). They have pool side service for cocktails and food. Absolutely would stay here again."

"Incredibly beautiful and well maintained hotel. We loved the vibe and our room was spacious, clean and very well lit! The 1 small critique we had was our water couldn’t get very cold, but that is a very minor detail in an overall exceptional stay. The bar had great happy hour deals and all the staff were super friendly. A bit out of the way but if you don’t mind walking, it’s really nice to be slightly removed from the craziness of the city centre. I would absolutely stay again and hope to get the opportunity to visit Ruby Bea’s other properties one day!"
