Great location and wonderful staff! The hotel is a bit worn out and the rooms are comparable to those on a cruise ship. You won't visit here to stay in the hotel, for sure. We had an issue with our bathroom and it was sorted quickly and seamlessly. It's VERY easy to find this hotel- just take Vaparetto ...

They staff upon check in were very helpful & gave lots of advice on navigating the boat time table & how to reach the centre of Venice. Rooms were spotless and the breakfast buffet was tasty & plentiful. Very comfortable bed & pillows.

We only stayed two days, the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The staff were fantastic. Hotel was close to train and bus station for our travel to Venice. The room was clean and the bed, what can we say, we slept like babies.

Venice is a very old town.You have to walk a lot! Water taxis are expensive and water buses can be a bit pricy too, but doable. Great location for pictures! I loved the gondola rides!! Great shopping! Lots of highend stores like Chanel, Louis V, etc
