"This was a very nice hotel in a great location. I would have given this stay a better rating except for one thing. As an English guest , who always selects breakfast as the in house option, I was extremely disappointed to find that at breakfast the hot drink option was predominantly coffee ( which I don’t drink), fruit juice/ water and herbal style teas ( same in hotel room) but no English breakfast or Indian style teas. I wasn’t the only English guest who commented on this. Please get some English style tea:)"

"It was excellent until after I checked out and had to wait a couple hours until my taxi arrived to go to my next destination. The doorman who handled luggage was rude and had me sit in a “different” reception room which was extremely awkward and uncomfortable"

My room was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with a bed that guaranteed a perfect night's sleep. Another massive plus was the convenient and secure car parking, which made traveling with a vehicle completely hassle-free.What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the outstanding staff. Every team member was remarkably warm, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. Their genuine hospitality made me feel incredibly welcome.I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and flawless service in Sofia. I will certainly be returning!"

"The stay was excellent! Staff were very helpful, letting us store luggage there before and after our stay and calling us a taxi when we needed it at the end of our stay. The generous 12 noon check-out time was great. The room was very clean and all new. The temperature was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and allowed for great sleep. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sofia - the location was perfect."

"I picked this place due to the location, it's walking distance to the city centre, metro and airport. The staff on arrival was very friendly, upgraded me to a nicer room as the guest in my reserved room hadn't checked out. The accommodation was decorated really nicely with retro/vintage decor. The staff also left a nice birthday treat in my room, it was such a lovely surprise. Very thoughtful of them. The bed was so comfortable, I slept for 10hrs after a hiking on the Rila mountains, just what I needed. The stay here made my birthday weekend extra special. I couldn't have asked for more. I would definitely recommend staying here."
