"Super location - easy walking access to everything from sites to food to subway. Nice to have breakfast at the hotel before setting off, and helpful staff."

"Room was nice but very hot. Even with the temperature set to 10 degrees and full fan level 3 it was pumping out hot air. Due to this I had to have the window open meaning I was constantly having smoke come into my room from the street below, and meaning the room (facing the street with a tram) was so loud at night it was almost impossible to sleep. There was also music coming from downstairs until gone midnight all 3 nights I stayed, with the bass so loud even with earplugs in I could feel it in my bed. Don’t stay here if you want to rest "

"Room was clean and well stocked, breakfast was great, complimentary refreshments at reception during throughout the day, spa & swimming facilities was great - including bathrobe & slippers (liked the addition of having to wear a swimming cap, I didn't use the gym but it looked decent, not too far for public transport & restaurants. I would 100% stay again"

"Amazing! Travelled with our 10 month old baby and would recommend to anyone staying in Sofia. Hotel was immaculate, staff were so friendly and welcoming. Hotel room was stunning and so spacious. We even had mini toiletries in the bathroom specifically for our baby and a cot was provided free of charge. 100% recommend. "

"This is not a 4 star hotel. With my experience, this should be no more than 3 stars. I stayed in the 4th floor. There was hair on the blankets. Like a lot. WiFi kept disconnecting so I had to keep using my data. Also, the AC was not working. I brought up it up to the front desk, she giggled and told me that there are no rooms left. The only pros is the closeness of this hotel and the water pressure. With the price you pay and the quality, you might as well stay in a hostel. "

"The staff on the front desk were really helpful and checked us in efficiently. The cleaning staff were excellent, with our room being cleaned at the same time each day. Overall we had no negative feelings towards the hotel (the rooms can get quite warm, but in winter that is not a bad thing at all). I saw a lot of people complain about the hotel being “outdated”, but in a former USSR country, I found it gives it some character. Would absolutely stay here again. "
