The hotel is near the sights, public transport, market, etc easy to get around. I would like to comment on your towels, if you can tell your service provider to use a softener as it is a bit rough on old skin.

The hotel easily exceeded my expectations. The hotel is a modern conversion of an old building with before and after photographs on the staircase. It has art exhibitions, art showroom, bistro and a cellar bar with a terrific record (vinyl) collection and occasional live bands (but don't worry, there is another floor between the basement and first floor of bedrooms). The reception staff were friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned daily. Location-wise I found it perfect for exploring Sofia on foot and clean and comfortable to return to at the end of the day.

Very good hotel for the given price, in a nice area of the city, really close to the walking central place. Friendly staff, with the lady at reception (Maria) being available to provide support in English, in a very nice manner. The room where I stayed (comfort studio) was equipped with basic utensils like plates, forks, glasses, including coffee/tea capsules, a sink, oven and a mini induction hob. Clean bedsheets, towels, fresh bathroom hygiene products are provided. Very nice atmosphere in the breakfast & bar area, where excellent music is played on the playlist.

Our room was small and strangely shaped. We did not get an upgrade because we wanted two beds. The staff was great. The breakfast offered quite a few options. I couldn’t figure out the a/c thermostat but the windows opened to let in air. Walkable to many sights. The art shop was closed during our visit, unfortunately.

It was a great stay. Very good location. The rooms were well furnished and clean. Breakfast was tasty and the bar downstairs had very reasonable prices and a nice vibe. Would definitely stay again.

Loved our stay here, we were only here for one night but would have happily been here for longer. We managed to come the night they had karaoke on in the bar and we had a whale of a time. But also the rooms were well insulated from any noise so if you wanted to just relax in your room you could without any interference from the bar downstairs. I didn't try the breakfast as I didn't get up in time but my travelling party all rated it.

The room with a bed on a mezzanine and a nice big balcony was spacious and fun. The staff were all really helpful. The breakfast was good with a nice mix of the usual breakfast fare and some local foods. The location was great, a short walk from several attractions and a metro station.

Look, the price for a mid price hotel was fantastic. There were negatives. The bar was always taken out by private parties, which is a shame, because it's a great bar. The breakfast is that bad that even though we paid for it, after the first day we didn't bother. We were also promised a free bottle of wine in the package which never materialised.. But look, staff are great, beds are comfortable, shower is OK, I have no regrets in booking there, the location is perfect, yes, I would recommend it, but guys - at least get the breakfast right, it makes so much difference to our appreciation of a hotel
