"Upon my arrival it was great, they let me check in early and everything. The room that I got wasn’t the best. It was a bit dusty, there were spider webs in the shower , the shower was overflowing but I thought ahh i got what I paid for. But when I mentioned the issues they immediately apologized, and offered a new room. The new room I was given was amazing. I truly appreciated them correcting it immediately. Wilton was amazing."

"This hotel is probably a hidden gem. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff as well as cleaning crew were very competent and thorough. The restaurant was pretty good. We ate at the breakfast buffet every day and the food was good. Coming from the states, the buffet allows you to eat without being a glutton. We had dinner there one night and we thought the food was very well prepared and the drinks very good. The hotel is walking distance from a mall - like maybe a block and a half. It is across from a beachfront and you can see Sugarloaf Mountain from the hotel. There were local eateries and it wasn't too far from the metro. I would definitely recommend."
