"In the middle of the city with various museums and malls in walking distance as well a bus stop infront of the hotel that takes you to shimbashi and shibuya on the opposite side just 2 minutes away. Room comes with a fridge, water cooker, hair dryer as well further information in television."

"This is an excellent hotel well positioned in walking distance to the Tokyo Tower and the Roppongi Subway. The only small drawback was that the rooftop pool was not available until summer (June 21st). However, the rooftop area was open for guests to sit and the pool was completely full. During our late May stay the temps hit 30C so a pool dip would have been nice."

"The good features are excellent staff and near public transportation. But, the bad is no A/C control in room, a confusing check in procedure (why is something so simple made difficult!) and a poor restuarant."

"Our room was cleaned daily. Did not have much contact with staff apart from when we first checked in. Breakfast is not provided, but you can have breakfast at local restaurant. Laundry room was fine. We found the small double quite claustrophobic and too small."
