"Excellent room. Was not expecting a suite with full kitchen. If I travel to this area I will be staying here. Great value and convenient to visit family locally."

"I was hesitant to stay at this hotel given that I am over 70 and it was clear from the advertising/comments that the main demographic appears to be adults in their early 20s to mid 40s. I am so very glad that I overcame that hesitation and spent three nights at CitizenM Back bay in mid September. First, the location is absolutely perfect—neighborhood is lovely and the T is just across the street. Second, the staff is extraordinary. They are friendly, courteous and very helpful as needed. Third, the room was great. Yes, it is relatively small; however the view over the Charles is gorgeous and they have designed the space very cleverly. You have everything you need—including a very comfortable bed and pillows. Fourth, the public rooms and deck on the second floor are wonderful fun—vibe is great and the artwork is very, very unique (in a good way). Fifth, the breakfast is far superior to any I have had in the US in a decade; it is very similar to breakfasts served in hotels in Europe with eggs, citrus fruit and berries, yoghurt (including vegan), biscuits, cheeses, cold cuts, and so on. Well worth the 14 dollar supplement. So my husband and I are converts and very much look forward to our next stay."
"I often stay at Four Points Newton when visiting family in Boston. The combination of parking, breakfast option, clean rooms, comfy beds, and an attached restaurant/bar makes for a perfect choice. Cost per night is consistently lower than hotels just a few miles closer to Boston. Highly recommend!! "
