"We traveled from AZ to celebrate our daughter’s graduation, choosing your property based on the reputation associated with the Hilton name, expecting a higher standard of comfort and service. Unfortunately, our experience fell far short of those expectations. During the night, we were awakened by four separate alarm incidents, which required us to evacuate the building three times, each time descending seven flights of stairs. This was not only extremely disruptive but also physically challenging, as I have a back injury. The repeated evacuations caused significant distress and resulted in a night with little to no rest. When we inquired with the front desk during the incidents, the staff was unable to provide a clear or helpful explanation. The lack of communication only added to the frustration of the situation. As a result of the disrupted night, the following day—what should have been a meaningful and celebratory occasion for our family—was instead overshadowed by exhaustion. At checkout, I attempted to address these concerns with the front desk clerk, Jodi P., but was met with a dismissive attitude. No apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience was offered, which was particularly disappointing given the severity of the situation. "A very dark, gloomy hotel. The lighting throughout the hotel was terrible, the gym had a lot of equipment but was dark and outdated. No complementary coffee anywhere in the hotel is unacceptable at those rates. "

"The hotel was very okay and underwhelming. The front desk people were not particularly friendly or attentive, but the room was clean, surprisingly spacious and did the job. The room had several (mostly minor) maintenance issues that should be addressed- the bathroom door handle was so loose it was almost falling out, paint peeling in the bathroom, part of shower head loose, a couple spider webs along the ceiling/wall corner, and there was toilet paper stuffed in the front door peep hole that was not removed from a previous guest."

"Hotel was fine. Room was clean and everything as expected. That is, until we opened up the sofa bed (which is part of the reason why we booked the room) and found that no sheets etc had been provided. Looked all over the room, nothing. Called the guest service desk from the room phone line. No response. Tried to call the front desk. No answer. This was around 10pm on a Saturday evening. Tried calling at least 10 times for about 15min to both desks. Nothing. Also tried to call the hotel phone via cell phone. Nothing. Only voice mail I got to was saying it was after hours. Admittedly I didn’t physically go back down to the front desk to locate somebody. One would think somebody would answer a guest services phone. Not impressed. "

"The rooms are clean but the hotel is surrounded by a highway, also making it noisy for sleeping. I heard one desk staff give a great deal of information to a guest on check in. That way I learned where the elevator and gym were. However, the person who checked me in told me none of this—not the time breakfast started or where to find the Starbucks nearby. I came in after a marathon work day followed by an evening work event. It was very disappointing."
