"Staff of arrival were very kind and friendly. Got our room walked in water all over the floor very slippery almost fell . Had to go get room changed that was quick no problem got a new room . Check out Staff not so friendly. Hotel can use a huge facelift inside and out. Bathroom and room was not clean hair on the floors and dust as well everything looks so old and dirty . Area and location not so great. "

"Eileen was a very sweet and fabulous host!! She was very thorough in her notes and even texted us to make it easier to communicate. We loved this adorable little place. It was honestly one of the cleanest places we have stayed at in a long while! The patio is such a bonus…my husband and I sipped coffee every morning outside on the patio. Also, it is less than a minute walk to the beach. We walked to all of the eateries and the store from here too. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but that is a great bonus too! "

"The location of this property was excellent—an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by several issues with the accommodations, the most serious being the condition of the sofa bed. Although the listing stated the unit slept four, the sofa bed sheets were dirty and crusty, clearly not replaced after the previous guests. When we searched for extra bedding, there was none in the unit. As a result, two people in our group had to sleep on top of the couch with only a small throw blanket.When we contacted Vacasa, we were told through their AI support that someone would address the issue. Instead, after 9 p.m. the next night, several large trash bags were dropped at our door—still missing the blankets we requested, and filled with random items we never asked for. No one removed the dirty sheets, and no one followed up.When I reached out again and requested compensation, Vacasa responded with an email claiming we had dirtied the sheets, ignoring the lack of bedding and the bizarre delivery of unrelated items. The entire interaction made it clear that Vacasa does not prioritize customer service or guest experience.If the owner of this property reads this, I strongly encourage you to consider a different management company for your rental."
