"Dot at the front desk was so helpful!! After the hotel switched owners right before our trip she helped our entire party rebook and made sure we had everything we needed. Great location and price can't be beat!"

"We loved this place it was small and our room was cute and very clean. It’s just a bit loud from the freeway noise, but they are aware and I was happy to find a noise reduction machine on the table so you could help drown out the freeway noise with ocean or rain sounds. They also provide ear plugs. We got used to the noise and it really wasn’t a problem. We will stay there again. There are great shops and a cozy restaurant nearby."

"We stayed 4 nights with our two kids. We paid over 1,100 per night. The management company was easy to contact. But given the issues described below and the price I expected much more. I would not stay at this rental again. There was a very strong mold smell upon entering the home. The entrance is right near the laundry room which is filled with a bunch of clutter. Many things in the house either do not work or are falling apart: filtered water faucet in the kitchen doesn’t work, rusted,worn out screens on many doors (makes them very difficult to open and close), rusted and falling apart fire pit, laundry machine detergent holder does not work, just a general run down feeling to the entire place (lots of rusting/moisture damage on all sorts of things like air vents, doors, etc). Oven seemed to not be operating correctly. Casago sent a serviceman to assess its condition, which we appreciate. Coffee maker had a mildew odor; we needed to clean it before using. The “2nd bedroom,” which is basically part of the kitchen with fogged glass separating it, no air vents (gets hot at night), has an awful bed,faces highway and train. Not designed for restful sleeping. Hot tub was at 94 and had some sand in it, also water level was low. Once again the serviceman did come out and vacuum it for us and added some water. Expect periodic loud noise because it is on the train tracks and a highway, which is subtly disclosed in the ad."

"Spectacular stay!! This place is a sparkling gem- absolutely stellar - stunning ocean and private, gorgeous beach steps away from the house - with the most romantic train passing by! The apt itself is luxurious-feeling - super comfy bed, great beach-themed interior design (loved it!), clean, delicious shower with sitting bench, pet-friendly. Amazing good vibes and positive energy infused in this home! We didn't want to leave - one of my favorite, special getaways ever! Sunsets are magnificent too - next time we will catch the dolphins, passing by on the ocean nearby! Jeff and Kristi are wonderful people - generous and helpful. This stay was pure bliss for us - it would be an honor, joy and pleasure to come back soon! Thank you, we appreciate and love you, Jeff and Kristi!"

"Overall: Not a good experience. Poor Quality.Doorframes were crooked which led to drafts in the room. Didn't advertise poor construction of room either. For over 200 a night, I felt my value could have been better spent at a motel 6. Towels had stains and the bed was semi dirty. Lots of pill bugs wandering the bathroom."
