"Great location. Great set-up. The kitchen was well stocked and really easy to cook in. The space is exactly as described. My husband and I were there with my teenage son and three of his friends and could not have had a better experience. There are a lot of stairs to navigate the house and living space. This was not an issue for us, but something to consider if you have members of your party with mobility challenges."

"I think this was our 5th trip to Carpenteria. We live in the Bay Area but one of my daughters and husband live in LA. We are making it a tradition the celebrated Easter there and this was one of the nicest places we’ve rented. It has everything we are looking for; especially access to Santa Claus Beach. Very dog friendly, spacious, well kept. What’s not to like. The next time we head to Carpenteria this will definitely be our first choice to return to. Thank you very much for making our stay easy and enjoyable."

"Overall: Not a good experience. Poor Quality.Doorframes were crooked which led to drafts in the room. Didn't advertise poor construction of room either. For over 200 a night, I felt my value could have been better spent at a motel 6. Towels had stains and the bed was semi dirty. Lots of pill bugs wandering the bathroom."
