"We stayed with our 5 month old baby and it was perfect. Loved the whole experience - the apartment was modern, very new and clean, with a minimalist design that felt homey, all the amenities were so stylish and thoughtful (the washer-dryer was super efficient and not too loud). good soundproofing in the bathrooms too so no issue about waking baby up. Super spacious, which was great - really felt like home for a week. The staff were very responsive and reliable. Location was wonderful, off a...

"Very clean. Staff was SOOO helpful and polite. Great stay for english speakers. Location is perfect for experiencing the city, Ueno park, Ameyoko market."

"The staff was very helpful and welcoming. The location was excellent. Close to the train station, shops, restaurants, beautiful park. The rooms were very clean, but small. There was no coffee available unless you bought breakfast and the bar area was not available after 6 pm unless you ate dinner. These issues could easily be solved with a dedicated coffee are for guests and some allowance in the restaurant for people wanting a drink before or after dinner. We enjoyed having the gym and...

"We are a family of 4 persons, (2 teenagers). We made the reservation for 4 adults because we wanted 4 separate beds. Location: The hotel is about a 6 minute walk to Okachimachi Station on the JY line. SUPER convenient if you plan to see a lot of the popular spots in Tokyo. It's also a 5 minute walk from a Lawsons, Family Mart or several 7-11's for a convenient snack or drink or meal! Also, a Parco is across the street and there is a grocery store in the basement and a bunch of bento boxes you...

"Loved staying at Tabi Ueno Tokyo. It was clean and modern with a Japanese feel. Given we had a small child, having a washer/dryer in the room was fantastic. The location was great, we could walk everywhere and about 5min walk to Ueno station, the Ueno Zoo, markets. Easy access to trains required for day trips. Would definitely recommend Tabi Ueno."

"Tolle Unterkunft in Ueno, ruhige Lage, tolles hilfsbereites Personal"

"The rooms were spacious and the kitchen area was so helpful with kids. The back alley was a bit sketchy to walk through at night (totally harmless), so recommend walking on the residential side of the building. The hotel was really close to the local subway, so definitely helped our feet."

"We like the convenience of being close to dining places, the Subway station and Ameyoko Street. The hotel room was small but comfortable. The bathroom was top notch with up to date equipment. The complimentary bathroom amenities and bread and soup snacks and tea were wonderful. I highly recommend Hotel Resol Ueno for a 7 day stay."

"Good location!"

"Really good hotel, The breakfast was always the same and could have more diversities. It was however a really nice location and we had a wonderful time"

"Excellent staff and amenities! The attendant I had spoke English and made check-in very easy. Staff was friendly, rooms were clean and quiet, and there was a coffee bar with a good selection of flavors. The shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable. The room had a mini fridge big enough for drinks and snacks, but not a full grocery haul. There was a larger fridge and freezer in the common lobby. The location was very convenient. The price was very good and my stay was much nicer than...

"Excelente lugar"

"A little bit out of town but still very accessible. Room size was good for a family of 4."

"Excellent location and very clean property although the rooms are on the really small side."

"No ventilation in bathroom. Convenient and tidy. Nice staff"
