"Im Canadian and this was my first time in astana. The cab ride to here at night was beautiful, I checked in around 2 am, and there was security and the check in was fast and simple, i slept like a baby, it was very quiet, clean, and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was decent; staff overall friendly; neighbourhood not that great but Hotel shielded off from traffic/quiet. Some staff have perfect English, others don’t. "

Good location with lots of local amenities, there is even a bus stop right outside the hotel. If I were to return to Astana then I would definitely stay here again. "

"Did the job for 2 nights but thats about it. The room was a good size and air con worked well but i could literally hear everything being said and done in the room next door. There isnt much around the hotel although the taxi’s are pretty cheap. Overall if on a budget and only staying 1-2 nights it is ok aslong as you have ear plugs! "
