"The hotel rooms are spacious and generally comfortable. However, communication can be quite challenging as the staff do not speak English, which makes it difficult for international guests. Housekeeping is only available upon request and usually takes place quite late in the afternoon (after 4 pm). Even then, the service is limited to providing fresh towels, and other essentials such as soap need to be specifically requested. During our three-night stay, the bed sheets were not changed.
