"I can’t comment on the staff because their check-in just requires you to use your phone number to access the building and your room but the hotel was excellent. The rooms have no outside noise so if you’re a light sleeper, it’s the perfect spot. I got into Portsmouth long before my check-in time so I parked in a nearby garage which ended up costing the same amount that the hotel charges ($40/nt). You’re a block away from all the shops and restaurants and a short walk to Badger’s Island in Maine...

"Room was beautiful and the location was great. Contactless which I wasn't sure about but was great. Easy code to get into the building and our room and check out was just as easy. Lovely Tea/Coffee bar with snacks. Will stay here again."

"Absolutely loved this bed-and-breakfast. It is a beautiful old Victorian, which is kept very well with a lot of history. It's in a very nice neighborhood in Dover and very walkable. There is always tea and coffee and cookies available and breakfast was served on their porch and it was delicious. I would definitely return to this bed-and-breakfast"
