From the moment we pulled in we were happy with the facilities. The man that I checked in with was extremely nice and friendly. He gave us great information about the area including the walk to Moody Beach. No overall complaints at all. We will definitely recommend and stay here again.

Our family's stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and neat. The hotel is right on the main road, with easy access to York, walkable access to a beach, as well as good restaurants close by. There is also a Hannaford, McDonalds, and CVS a couple of miles up the road. There is a fridge, but with no freezer. Would come again.

We had 2 rooms for us and our friends. One room was thoroughly redone and in nice shape. The other was a bit more tired and had that carpeting that, in any beach town, always seems slightly damp. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the linens and towels were clean. The motel is on a busy road and depending on which side you're on, it can be a bit noisy with traffic on weekend nights. The owners were very pleasant and helpful. The pool area was small but tidy.

The owners were warm & inviting. The place is very clean & has an old fashioned charm. There is a heated pool. Excellent WiFi signal. Right on Route 1, restaurant across the street for lunch or dinner. Beach is .9 mile away walking.
