"The hotel was clean. When my friend and I checked in we were offered bottles of water or soda. We were also told there were cookies being baked. Upon entering our room and bringing in our luggage I thought it would be brilliant to use the door latch to hold the door open…. Instead it locked us out of the room. The staff was very quick to respond to the issue. I said “you look like a pro, this has happened before.” He responded, “you weren’t the first and you won’t be the last.” I liked the sarcasm. After getting situated and back into our room, we had a very quiet and good rest. We had a decent cooked buffet breakfast. When I went to checkout I was given another bag of goodies. We are planning on staying here again on our way back towards home."

"Definitely clean bedroom, the smell of freshness and cleanliness. The sheets and the pillows were so fresh, felt very well rested."

"The pool was unfortunately so cold we were unable to go in until our last day. There were ants in the pool room but it seemed like they didn’t something to get rid of them. There was no shampoo or condition in our room but the staff replaced it right away. There were streamers from previous guests still stuck on the mirror. Other than that we had a great time!"

"Horrible experience not honor Expedia reservation and try to resolve with hotel and Expedia to get my money back and at end they did! Terrible customer service hotel and Expedia. Eventually got my just below $ 200 money back and a credit on Expedia, but it was a horrible process with many emails and had to fight to get my money back even though it was their mistake hotel and not mine. Very poor by both. "

"Advertising of pool table and dart board is not accurate since you absolutely cannot shoot pool in the area it is placed. The pool table is up against two walls and you can only shoot from 2 sides. The dart board is place in a very small area and does not work. "
