The lady that checked us in, brea, is absolutely amazing. She made us feel so welcomed! Breakfast was super good. Beds were very comfortable. The place is beautiful. I would stay here again. 10/10

My husband and I visited for a wedding. The hotel was lovely and very well kept. It had a hot buffet breakfast included. They told us they had renovated recently and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The room also had a drip coffee carafe, we really enjoyed our stay.

Staff was great! Friendly, knowledgeable and they follow through. I had a bit of car battery issue and the young man at the front desk told me he would make sure they had access to jumper cables and he actually did what he said he would do. The place is beautiful and well taken care of.

It was nice clean place with a really nice dining area. Breakfast was pretty good. The bathroom was small and closet was so hard to open that I thought it was locked. But people were nice and helpful.

Room was very clean. Great King Size bed with nice headboard lighting and reading lights. Only recommendations would be 1 or 2 trash cans within the room and either more or better locations for each floor's ice machines. They should always be close to the elevators, not down a distant hallway. Otherwise, a very nice establishment.

The staff were great. That starts with the manager that hired the staff and trained them. The front desk staff were friendly and problem solvers. The dining room staff I dealt with had smiles on their faces and asked if they could do anything more for me. A smile was part of their uniform. My room was clean and well appointed. The campus was a pleasure to walk around well maintained and very pretty.
