"Our host Anna was magnificent, she was so nice and a very happy person, she gave us helpful information like where to eat and where to shop for groceries and transportation. The hotel was a perfect little spot around a little to see and q9 minutes from the cruise port."

"Location is great. Short walk from the train station and waterfront. Tons of restaurants nearby. We stayed for one night before our cruise. Host was super helpful in arranging transport from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to our ship, and securing restaurant reservations. Accommodations were excellent. Room size was good. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Air conditioning was solid (it’s was close to 100 f when we stayed). Drinks and snacks are available for purchase at very reasonable prices. I found this to be a great convenience. Included breakfast was also very good. Will happily book this hotel again!"

The staff were fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Their excellent service really made the stay even better. "We had a fantastic stay at this bed and breakfast. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us and made us feel completely at home. The rooms were beautiful with plenty of space and great bathrooms. The breakfast table was picture perfect. As silly as it sounds, my wife and I also loved the pillows."

"The hotel is very well located on the main road directly across from the boardwalk along the water. You can walk to the train station, many restaurants and the grocery store. There is no 'free' water station in the hotel lobby. The hotel staff at check in spoke perfect English and were very professional and helpful. We arrived earlier than check in so they held our luggage in a locked room. We booked 2 sea view rooms; they were clean and spacious. The hotel itself could so with some general maintenance to fix wear to walls and doors etc. We had large balconies facing the sea side however, the patio furniture was not in good shape and didn't leave you wanting to enjoy the space outside. The AC worked well. There were large closets with lots of space. The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choices including pastries, meat, cheese, scrambled eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal, coffee and juice. We stayed pre-cruise for 2 nights. They can organize paid shuttles to the cruise terminal for you. We walked to the Largo Della Pacce main cruise shuttle hub and boarded the free Princess shuttle to the terminal from there. All in all, good value for money at a well located hotel with kind and helpful staff."

"Our stay at il Giardinetto was on a Saturday for a cruise that left the next day. It was very conveniently located near many restaurants and a 15 min walk to the port entrance. Lorenzo was a fabulous host. Luckily he caught a discrepancy in Google maps that would have led us into a restricted area of the port. Super safe and bustling area."
