"Overall property was okay. The lights in the room have to be turned on a certain way. Or they don’t work. The AC didn’t see to get the room cold. Staff was horrible though. Front desk staff. I left ID and debit card in the bar area. Told front desk and they kept brushing me off. Only for the night manager to call and say they found my debit. Next day another manager called to say they found the ID. All where I told the front desk person I specifically left it. All they did was give me a $25 drink credit. "

"The only things I would say is maybe a couple more outside toys for kids. The one that was there is breaking. Otherwise it was great."

"Nice family resort with plenty of small pools to relax besides the main oasis water park attraction. Prepare to carry your own food, water as the water park food and restaurants are expensive. Pro tip - pickup water and freshly made (even gluten free) sandwiches from sprout market!"

"Honestly not a fan of how they try to nickel and dime you for every little thing. $50 for Walt check in is absolutely crazy, especially when your check in time is 4pm, an on average most places do check in at 3pm. "

"You check in with a virtual agent which is a little weird. The room itself was disgusting- I saw two bugs crawling around the room before I went to bed and the sink had no drain stopper. It was just an open hole which is probably where the bugs came up from but you could see all the buildup and stuff inside. The AC kept cutting out so I woke up in sweats (the setting wasn’t on AUTO). The bed is so thin and the pillows had to have been sat on by someone for 70 years because they were also so thing and yellowed and so uncomfortable. I’ve stayed at other Motel 6’s and none have been this disgusting and scary on the inside."
