"Staff was wonderful and the hotel is located just down the street from many eateries. The room however had a very loud A/C that kept us up throughout the night. These should be upgraded."

"It felt unsafe as there is nobody there. You have to check in with a machine with people who barely speak English. At least we did not understand what they said. If there is any problem, you can't get help as there is no one on site. I'd not recommend this place."

"Room not ready at check in. I had my daughter on crutches and asked for a room near elevator. After more than two hours (5 PM) waiting for a room, we were given a room across the large courtyard, 3rd floor and down two corridors……..NOT close to an elevator. The disabled parking was always taken. Otherwise staff was very courteous and helpful. The manager took off the resort fee since we left very early in the morning which was nice of her. "
